Beginning in 2001, the UMD Paintball Team has competed in the North Eastern Intercollegiate Conference (NEIC) of the National Collegiate Paintball Association (NCPA). After moving our home field to NR Paintball in 2016, the team has began to find success with the growth and leadership that has put into practice. Growing the team from just enough players to form a line, to bringing multiple lines to tournaments is just the beginning to a journey the team has embarked on to be the best. The team continues to practice weekly and compete in regional tournaments hoping to branch out into divisional play in order to compete against stronger competition and prepare for the NCPA National Tournament.
